Abstract:

As 2025 comes to a close, global supply chains have become a frontline issue for national security, law enforcement, and intelligence agencies. Adversaries are increasingly exploiting vulnerabilities in logistics networks, critical materials, and financial flows to advance strategic goals, from money laundering and narcotics trafficking to cyber-enabled disruptions.

At the same time, artificial intelligence is reshaping how these risks emerge and how they can be countered. This session will explore the intersection of AI, supply chain security, and enforcement. Experts will examine how hostile actors may leverage AI to conceal illicit activities and manipulate global markets, and how agencies can apply AI to detect patterns, trace networks, and strengthen resilience.

Whether addressing threats in counternarcotics, counterintelligence, tax enforcement, or defense logistics, participants will gain insights into the next generation of tools and risks shaping the security landscape.
